Hi, I'm Alla and here are some facts about me:

• At 33, I was going through a challenging period in my life that humbled me enough to take in spiritual food. Although I had JWs in my family, I wasn't exposed to the truth until that point. Whenever I reflect on this, I'm reminded of Jeremiah 1:5/l
• I got baptized in 2016 after 3 years of studying the Bible. 6 months later, I went on a month-long holiday overseas.
• I arrived in Canada in May 2017. I ended up staying, leaving everything behind in Poland, and starting from scratch at 36. It's hard to believe, but I've now been living here for 7 years!
• In 2021, my husband and I got married during the pandemic, and we celebrated with just 15 close friends! Fun fact: that day happened to be the hottest in Canada, with a scorching heat wave of 42°C (108°F). It's a day we'll always remember 🥵💍
• I absolutely love tea and a good book. I'm always sipping on tea, but I never seem to have enough time to read as many books as I'd like.
• I’m a pescetarian! I follow a diet that includes fish and other seafood but excludes other types of meat.
